Sunrise Salutations — Just Tuesday
I think the title of this post adequately sums it up. What day is it? It’s just Tuesday. For most, this means one work day down and four more to go. So you’re only 20% of the way there. A general lack of enthusiasm will be noted in many of the first-light greetings to follow.
Take a deep breath and settle into the flow after having survived Monday. You could almost simply skip Tuesday without anyone noticing.
